1. About the service

degalukainos24.lt is a free informational website that publishes and compares fuel prices at Lithuanian filling stations. The site is not affiliated with any fuel retailer, does not represent one, does not sell fuel, and does not accept payments.

2. Data source and accuracy

Price data comes from public information published by the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA, ena.lt) and is updated daily.

The data is informational. The actual price at a station may differ due to intraday price changes, promotions, loyalty discounts, delays in the data, or errors at the source. Always check the price at the station itself before acting on it.

We give no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the data, or the uninterrupted availability of the site.

3. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for losses incurred by relying on information published here, including the cost of travelling to a station or differences in price.

These terms do not limit liability to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by mandatory law of the Republic of Lithuania, including consumer protection legislation.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, texts and source code belong to the site owner. The underlying price data is public sector information published by the LEA; we present it with attribution to that source.

Fuel retailer names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes. This does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or any affiliation.

5. Acceptable use

You may freely use the site's content for personal and informational purposes, and quote it with attribution and a link. When using the site you agree:

• not to disrupt the service — no automated bulk requests that place an excessive load on it;
• not to use the site unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
• not to attempt unauthorised access to the admin area or the database.

7. Availability and changes

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation first; failing that, they are settled by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt).
